Terms and conditions of sale
We hope that our goods reach you in perfect condition. If
they have been damaged in transit, you must sign for it as
such. If unable to check the contents on delivery, any damage
must be notified within 3 days.
Non-delivery
Claims for non-delivery must be made within 14 days of payment.
Discrepancy
Shortages on delivery must be notified within 7 days of delivery.
Faulty goods
If any of our products are faulty, please let us know within
28 days of the dated receipt. Faulty goods will be replaced
or refunded.
CD ROMs
Some of our products are available in CD ROM. CD ROMs cannot
be returned as most of them are PDFs of our books.
Changes and corrections
We make every effort to make sure that the prices are correct,
but reserve the right to change or correct product specifications,
prices, errors and omissions without prior notification.
Goods out of stock
Will be forwarded to you as soon as we receive them. You do
not pay any extra post and packing.
Please Note
Goods will be despatched on receipt of payment. A proforma
invoice will be sent with official orders. Sample pages are
on our website. VAT registration

if products have to be changed due to unforeseen circumstances.
