I have just purchased your
Hospitality and Catering PPT and Teachers Guide...great work. I love the
creative visuals, the clear but detailed information and the helpful
hints to the candidates. The links to other websites are also very
useful.

The year 11 who have seen it think is great and really easy to follow. One of our more challenging low ability students has found a renewed focus having being presented with the revision guide!m I think as well as being a revision guide it will be also very useful as a teacher resource for in class assessment throughout the two year programme; I intend to use the questions and fill in the chart sections with my year 10 as they complete topic areas to check their understanding. It will also be great from a head of department point of view if I have staff off as its quick and understandable cover work in an emergency.

Hi Jenny used resources today. I am very pleased with them. My first impression of the powerpoint was ok but I felt it lacked some depth and detail however saying this when used in conjunction with the book they both work together really well and students enjoyed working and answering questions. I am sure it will help me deliver the course better and benefit the children for their examination.
Thanks for putting together a workable resource.
